Services Provided GoChats provides a platform for WhatsApp marketing and automation, including (but not limited to): Bulk WhatsApp messaging Bot replies & AI bot flows Campaign & contact management Template management Team collaboration tools QR code generation API & Webhook access 3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share or misuse your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 4. Fair Usage & Restrictions You agree not to: Use the service for spam, illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities. Send unsolicited or non-consensual messages via WhatsApp. Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Meta's platform guidelines. Interfere with or disrupt the platform's servers or services. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice. 5. Data & Privacy Your data is stored securely and is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your uploaded data, contact lists, and content. We will never sell your data to third parties. 6. Billing & Subscription Free and paid plans are available. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. No refunds will be issued for unused time or features. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms our platform or users. 8. Limitation of Liability GoChats shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to message delivery failures, account restrictions by WhatsApp, or loss of data. 9. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or in-app alerts in case of major updates. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 10.
